Description: Although, Documents are searchable outside of being in a Folder, you might find it Easier to keep all of John Doe's documents in a folder so you can Find his specific documents quicker.

Solution:
Pull up the documents in retrieve mark the check box of all documents that will be moved (Do not forget that the first checkbox is usually checked off - uncheck this if it does not need to be in a Folder/Inbox)
Next, you will need to go to the Actions Dropdown > Move To
Select your location and hit OK
