Solution:


1) Go to the licensing tab of the client

If these numbers for PRINT IMPORT and OFFICE INTEGRATION are zeroed out, follow the process below:


1) Open a Live Chat with Docstar. Let them know you need more Print Import/Office Integration licenses (they are free). If you receive any issues about not being supported by them, tell them you will Be Right Back and leave the chat open. Contact Support (603-622-2122) and [as long as you have an active service contract] we'll remote in and clear it.

2) Go to Admin Tab > Licensing


3) In Licensing, they will ask for your provision code:


The instructions from there will come from the tech in your chat.
