Often times when a user logs into multiple PCs, we see a problem where users are no longer able to scan or use other important functions. This is because the Client Service that Docstar uses is not being logged into with the same user account in the web interface. Please watch this short video as it may clear up some of the confusion.

1. Is the Docstar client running?
-If not running, open it from Windows programs.
2. Does the user logged into the client match the user logged into the web interface?
3. Is the user using the scanning PC for a connection?
4. Is a content type selected?
