Description: Did you forget to submit your scans for workflow and now you can't find them? Or Processed something but can't find it?

Access the "Retrieve" Tab. This brings up Three Search Fields:
Items & Locations: Search by folder, or content type
Search Fields: First drop down is the fields you want to look in, second is values and third is the text/date entered (more than one field can be added. Just click add and add another one)
Text: If anywhere through the workflow you entered text and saved the document, this is where you can search document(s) that have that specific word.
Most common searches used are Search Fields and Text.
