Description: Server Error: "Unauthorized: Access is denied due to invalid credentials.
You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied."


This error, though not extremely common, is seen using a form of Single Sign-on. 

But if you see this error performing any other task, please follow these same steps first before taking any other action.

Solution(s):


The system clocks on your Client Station and Server are out of sync. 


Steps to fix this:

1. Access the system clock by clicking on the time at the lower right corner of your screen, Change Date and Time settings, change Date and Time...and update the time.


You do not have to do this for both computers. Figure which one is more accurate to the current time and adjust the one that is off.
