Description: When you know there are documents, but they aren't showing up in search or even appearing in the workflow

A user with Administration Rights to perform a Delete and Reindex


1) Proceed to the Admin Tab > Manage > Index


2) Select "Delete and Reindex". This process could take a while, depending on how many documents you have, in total. 


This process will make it hard for users to search in Eclipse. But if you are already missing documents, there's a chance users can't do work to begin with.

You can keep refreshing the page until it says "ReIndexing: False" is stated at the top. This will mean that the indexing has finished and you can go ahead and look for what might be missing.
