Description: PDFs opened in Chrome will often use its PDF viewer instead of a PDF viewing application. That can be set by (in Chrome) doing the following:
Process:
1. Open Chrome settings -
2. Scroll all the way down the settings page. Click advanced -
3. Click "content settings" under the "privacy and security" category.
4. Near the bottom of that list is PDF documents. Click it.
5. Toggle the slider (so that it's blue) to allow for download of PDF's instead of having Chrome open them.
