This issue could be the cause of a couple things.

1) You use your Windows Credentials (Single Sign on [SSO]). If you try to put in your Eclipse Login and windows email, you will receive this error. There is a little check box above the User Name that you can check off and then hit login.

2) your Docstar URL is incorrect. A new client always defaults to "http://cloud.docstar/eclipseweb" you need to change this out and it's easy by going to your Docstar Webpage and highlighting the URL, copy and paste into the Docstar URL:
