Description: You aren't able to view any Office document. In order to rectify this, we need to make sure that there is at least one client who has its services set to process Office queues.

Solution: 


1. Open the Eclipse client on a PC that has Microsoft Office installed on it. Ideally we'd like to have Office installed on the Eclipse server.

2. Click the "Configure Service" tab.

3. Make sure your DocStar URL is set correctly and that a username and password are set.

4. Click the Office check box next to process queues.

5. Click save.
