Solution:
A blacked out bar over the document hides the information (like a person's name, address, age, Social Security information...etc).
Redaction can be found at the top toolbar of the document:
You can also hide redactions by clicking the box all the way to the right (Blue and white boxes). Pushed in indicates that the Redaction is shown and covering information, unable to be read. Click the box and if it's popped out like every other button - this indicates that the redactions are hidden.
