Description: Document fails at the export station with the following error: Exception occurred: Index was outside the bounds of the array. This occurs when a document has either a special character or space in its name.
Software Version: Any
Solution:
1. The Document needs to be selected in monitoring station and returned to verification station.
2. It then needs to be opened up in verification station and any spaces/special characters need to be removed from the name of the document.
3. The batch can then be resent and it shouldn't fail this time through export.
