Distributed Queue [DQ] Error: An Edit Conflict was detected. User@domain.com modified the Document on Date + Time .Your Document is out of date (Date + Time), please refresh and try your save again.
Solution:
This error occurs when One or More users has the document open and another is trying to edit. You can also see this error happen in the workflow, as some workflows are Automated and if you're editing Content Fields while it's doing the work - you will pop an error.
If Document is not released from the DQ, contact Support for assistance to requeue the document.
