The Window pops up and it's not your URL. This is because your SSL Cert has a specific URL that is not set up properly in your Server Config.
open the server Configuration (On the DOCSTAR SERVER: Start Menu > Eclipse Server Configuration > Application Settings [last page in the config]) change the ALERT BASE URL to what your Docstar URL is [ex: https://Testing/eclipseweb]
