Solution:
If a customer gets this error when trying to use a data link, try the following.
1. Remote into the server that houses the Eclipse Desktop Mode
2. Make sure the client is closed out
3. Rerun the Eclipse Desktop Mode
What is happening is that the Eclipse Desktop Mode is failing to make a data base connection and the customer is getting this error. By basically restarting the scripts that are running, that should fix the issue.
