Description: When printing or making copies only some of the color is coming out on the paper.
Software Versions Affected: any model
Solution: Laser unit must be removed and disassembled. color mirrors should be inspected and properly seated in tin holders.
1. Power off machine and unplug.
2. remove left side covers.
3. unplug Laser unit housing wires.
4. remove screws for laser unit.
5. remove laser unit.
6. remove screws that hold laser unit housing together.
7. open laser unit housing and inspect mirrors per color.
